Story synopsis: "All that Glitters is not gold"
Ava Monroe is a child hood star who is slowing using up all of
her early money. She floated around the scene for the past
couple of years, but her star is slowly fading out. Ava
continues to look for employment with the help of her sleazy
manager, Johnny Roberts. Her carefree childhood filled with
whatever she wanted has trailed her into her twenties. Sweet on
the outside, but snappy and mean on the inside, she is
attractive and always smiling for the cameras. But to the people
who know her for who she is, they see the ugliness. Her Manager
is Johnny Roberts. Washed up, low rent talent manager who has
been in the "business for years". Think cheap suits, and a small
office on the shadier side of Los Angeles. Sharp talker, but
ulterior motives. Ava came to him as a last resort thinking,
since he was cheap; it ought to save her some dough. What she
doesn't know is that Johnny has other plans.
Roles wanted to fill: Johhny, Ava, Female and Male Extras. Women
aged 25-35 for smaller speaking roles.
